APR
(Annualized Percentage Return) is calculated based on the number of days since the first trade, and is computed using the ratio of the total profit versus the closing stock price on the day of that report line. Note that in the table version, the APR is calculated using a twelve-month window. The graph shows two APR values; one is the twelve-month window APR, and the other is the APR "since inception" (which basically means as far back as I have data for, which is around 2011-06 or so).
Covered Call
A covered call is a contract that you have entered into in which you promise to deliver the underlying equity at the expiration date for the strike price. In exchange for this, you receive a premium. In order to be considered "covered" you must own the underlying equity.

Naked Put
A naked put is a contract that you have entered into in which you promise to buy the underlying equity at the expiration date for the strike price. In exchange for this, you receive a premium. The Naked Put was purchased at the ask price listed at the close of trading.

The program is waiting for an opportunity; it is not long or short any position. In case a Naked Put has been repurchased, this was done at the bid price listed at the close of trading.
